Summary: The whole place is run down and dark. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Not well maintained. Everything in disrepair The arrangement of our suite made no sense. Very few outlets in inconvenient places, same for lights. We had to unplug the clock to charge our phone by the bed. The only other accessible outlet was in an alcove with the couch. The couch faced a sink and cabinet in terrible condition. It looked like an area for mixing drinks in a seedy motel. The curtains were broken. There were 2 air conditioners and 1 didn’t work so the room was too warm. I found it disturbing there were cameras everywhere and at check in you can see the monitor and view of every camera. The room was very clean but because it looked so run down (the room and the whole place) I felt really uncomfortable . The ratings I saw when I booked the place (7 of 10) did not match my experience. It was disappointing.
